ANDRÈ GREIPEL RITROVA LA VITTORIA ALLO SKODA-TOUR DE LUXEMBOURG
Le polemiche scaturite dal suo annunciato ritiro al Giro d’Italia, avvenuto nel momento nel quale il velocistas tedesco indossava la maglia rossa, non hanno perturbato l’animo di Andrè Greipel che ha così subito riallacciato il discorso con la vittoria alla prima occasione utile. Sua la prima tappa in linea del Giro del Lussemburgo, bruciando allo sprint il britannico Blythe e il belga Capiot, mentre il corridore di casa Jean-Pierre Drucker si piazza 6° e conserva la maglia di leader conquistata nel cronoprologo.
Conclusione in volata alla prima tappa dello Skoda-Tour de Luxembourg, con vittoria del tedesco Andrè Greipel. Il corridore della Lotto Soudal, tornato alle gare dopo il prematuro e criticato abbandono alla Corsa Rosa, ha subito ritrovato il feeling con la vittoria, dimostrando che tutte le polemiche successive al suo ritiro al Giro, nonostante avesse la maglia rossa sulle spalle, non lo hanno turbato per niente.
Alle spalle del forte velocista teutonico si sono piazzati il britannico Adam Blythe (Tinkoff), la coppia di belgi della Topsport composta da Amaury Capiot e Pieter Vanspeybrouck e quindi il transalpino Clément Venturini (Cofidis). Il lussemburghese della BMC “Jempy” Drucker si è piazzato sesto, mantenendo così la sua leadership nella classifica generale. Il primo italiano sul traguardo è stato anche oggi, come nel cronoprologo, Marco Marcato (Wanty).
Domani la seconda tappa prevede un arrivo piazzato in cima ad uno strappo, cosa che fa presupporre un rimescolamento nella classifica generale.
