LA HALLE-INGOOIGEM E’ DI DÉMARE, FRANCIA IN FESTA SUL SUOLO BELGA
Successo francese alla Halle-Ingooigem disputata oggi in Belgio, Arnaud Démare, velocista francese della FDJ, si è imposto sul traguardo finale al termine di una competizione che, strada facendo, sembrava aperta a vari epiloghi.
La Halle-Ingooigem, che per tradizione precede il weekend dedicato ai Campionati Nazionali, da molti partecipanti utilizzata proprio per affinare la condizione in vista di questa competizione, ha visto il forfait alla vigilia di Tom Boonen, alla sua ultima “recita” in maglia nero-giallo-rossa in attesa dell’esito di domenica prossima. La mancanza di un campione dello spessore del belga non ha tolto importanza alla competizione che – dopo il succoso tentativo di fuga di Dries Devenyns, Nicola Testi, Tom Devriendt, Sam Lennertz e Jonathan Dufrasne, che grazie anche ai sei minuti di vantaggio meritava miglior fortuna – si è conclusa come era facile ipotizzare in volata e ha visto il successo di Arnaud Démare, davanti ai belgi Kris Boeckmans e Michael Van Staeyen.
Grazie al successo odierno in casa FdJ continua il derby tra il vincitore odierno e il plurivincitore dell’ultimo Giro d’Italia Nacer Bouhanni: entrambi hanno in carniere otto vittorie, sulle 17 totali del Team.
